Customer: refers to the company, organization, or person that signs up to use the Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.

Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, or any other device that can be used to visit and use the services.

Service: refers to the service provided by Ladykart as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

Website: Ladykart’s site, which can be accessed via this URL: www.ladykart.in.

You: a person or entity that is registered with Ladykart to use the Services.

Shipping Policy

We at Ladykart commit ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care within the given time frame. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. We work with multiple reputed courier partners like Blue Dart, Delivery, DHL, DTDC, FedEx, etc. to get the products to reach our valued customers as quickly as possible.

  • ​We ship products PAN India and provide Free shipping  across India.
  • Once an order is placed, the product is dispatched within 1-4 business days depending on the finishing touches of the product & quality checks. If it is a customized order or a make-to-order product, dispatch may take longer depending on the product type and regular updates will be shared regarding the same.
  • The tracking information is shared once the product is dispatched. It takes approximately 7-10 business days from the dispatch date, for the product to get delivered.

Return/Exchange & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ladykart. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Ladykart. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Ladykart, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Ladykart’s Privacy Policy.

If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have () to issue a refund and return your item.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:

Exchange Policy

We do a thorough quality check before dispatching any product to you and send the products via reputed courier services so that it reaches you safely. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, if the product is damaged or a wrong product has been sent to you, you can initiate an exchange basis the following:-

​​For any exchange requests, send us an email return request within 2 days of product delivery, on support@ladykart.inwith the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for returning the product
  3. Photo of the product which you intend to return back to us
  • Exchanges are done only if wrong products, wrong sizes, or damaged products are received by the customer.
  • Upon verification by our team, we would initiate the exchange once the product is returned to us. Once we receive the product back, a fresh piece will be dispatched to you. Please do not accept the package if the product reaches you damaged from outside.
  • Returns need to be processed by the buyer within 7 working days and the tracking information needs to be shared with us.
  • We currently do not provide a return pick-up service. In any case of returns or exchanges, the product needs to be return shipped by you, and Ladykart will reimburse the return shipping cost.

Returns / Exchanges are not possible under the following circumstances

  • – If the product has been used, washed, or tampered with
  • – If the return request is raised after 3 working days
  • – If the returns are not initiated within 7 working days

​​Cancellation Policy​

If you wish to cancel any order, email us within 24 hours at support@ladykart.in

Cancellation can be processed only under the following circumstances:-

– If the product has not been shipped

– If the product has not undergone post-processing

​Cancellation will be confirmed from our end based on the above. If none of the above steps have been taken, we can cancel the order and initiate a refund from our end.

Product Availability and Limitations

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, Ladykart may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. Trust us, we’re building them as fast as we can. Ladykart reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when Ladykart confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, Ladykart will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

By using our platform, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes to Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy. If you do not want to agree to this or any updated Return & Refund Policy, you can delete your account.
